Are you moving out of your house or changing houses? There is always several items that are always left over after packing all the important stuff. By doing this you will be able to both get rid of them and make some spare cash. You can advertise them online through an auction website or through a classifieds website. Either has pro's and cons but are both good avenues for selling items.
